Virtual Pass

Cost: $10

Join our main stage sessions virtually! Your virtual pass gives you access to 14 insightful learning sessions throughout the day on Friday, September 25th. During the livestream, you can submit questions live and participate in polls, including The Great Mystery Shopping Game Show.

You can access the session recordings for 2 weeks following the live event.

If you mystery shop outside of the US, we recommend attending virtually for access to global & country-specific content where applicable.

In-Person Pass

Cost: $150*

Join us live in St. Louis, MO at 21c Museum Hotel for a day of learning and networking! Your registration includes access to all of the learning sessions, lunch and a welcome gift. Additionally, all in-person attendees are invited to an exclusive welcome dinner on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

To help attendees make the most of the networking opportunities, in-person seats are limited! Premium breakout sessions are available for an additional fee.

You can access the Virtual Exclusive sessions and live session recordings for 2 weeks following the live event.
