What’s the benefit of an In-Person pass vs a virtual pass?

In-person attendees are invited to our welcome dinner on the Thursday before the event (September 4). You’ll also get access to all the premium sessions. If you’re looking to grow your mystery shopping business, you won’t want to miss the networking opportunities available to you, including a complimentary lunch on the day of the event.

Can I attend virtually?

Yes! We offer a virutal attendance pass. You’ll be able to livestream sessions, submit questions, and participate in polls (including the Game Show). You will also get access to the session recordings for 2 weeks following the event.

Where is the event taking place?

The event is taking place 5OOO Old Main Street at Rocketts Landing, Richmond, Virginia 23231. In-person passes will need to be purchased in advance of the event.

Can I attend Talking Shop if I’m not a current mystery shopper?

Absolutely! If you’re just getting started as a mystery shopper or are looking to learn more, we recommend registering for a Virtual Attendance pass.

What do I get out of attending?

We’re offering a packed day of learning sessions that cover all the mystery shopping basics, getting you set up on some select programs, the ins and outs of the business and so much more. Our expert speakers will give you many tips and tricks on how to start and expand your mystery shopping business. It’s also a great time to network with the iShopFor Ipsos team and your fellow mystery shoppers!

I’ve worked with Ipsos for a while, is it still worth it to attend?

Absolutely! We recommend opting for a an in-person pass. It gives you the opportunity to network personally with the iShopFor Ipsos team and their vendor partners at the welcome dinner.

Will I be able to ask questions during the sessions?

Yes! Virtual and in-person attendees will be able to text in questions throughout the event.

Is there a cost to attend?

Yes, there is a cost to attend. In-person passes are $150, and virtual passes are $10. Registration gets you access to learning sessions throughout the day on Friday, September 5 & access to the recorded sessions for 2 weeks following the live event. If the cost is inhibitive, you can request a sponsored pass here.
