Where is the event taking place?

The 2024 mystery shopping workshop is taking place at Centrl Office - South Bay in Los Angeles, CA on September 14, 2024. If you can’t make it in person, you can livestream the event by purchasing a virtual pass.

Can I attend Talking Shop virtually?

Yes! Register for a Virtual pass for access to: a livestream of all our main stage sessions, Q&A throughout the day, our virtual exhibition hall and recorded sessions for 2 weeks following the event.

Can I attend Talking Shop if I’m not a current mystery shopper?

What will I get out of attending?

We’re offering a packed day of learning sessions that cover all the mystery shopping basics, getting you set up on some select programs, the ins and outs of the business and so much more. Our expert speakers will give you many tips and tricks on how to start and expand your mystery shopping business. It’s also a great time to network with the iShopFor Ipsos team and your fellow mystery shoppers!

What’s the difference between the VIP and General registration tickets?

In addition to everything included in the in-person registration pass, VIP registration includes an invitation to our welcome reception dinner on Friday, September 13 and access to our Retail Electronics Audit breakout sessions.

General registration gets you access to the Saturday workshop, all of our main stage learning sessions (not including the VIP Breakout options) and complimentary lunch and snacks.
