What’s the benefit of an In-Person pass vs a virtual pass?

In-person attendees are invited to our welcome dinner on the Thursday before the event (September 24). You can access the premium breakout spaces for an additional fee (space is limited). If you’re looking to grow your mystery shopping business, you won’t want to miss the networking opportunities available to you, including a complimentary lunch on the day of the event.

Can I attend virtually?

Yes! We offer a virutal attendance pass. You’ll be able to livestream sessions, submit questions, and participate in polls (including the Game Show). You will also get access to the session recordings for 2 weeks following the event.

Where is the event taking place?

The 2026 event will take place live at 21c Museum Hotel St. Louis (1528 Locust St, St. Louis, MO 63103). In-person passes must be purchased in advance to attend live.

Can I attend Talking Shop if I’m not a current mystery shopper?

We’re offering a packed day of learning sessions that cover all the mystery shopping basics, getting you set up on some select programs, the ins and outs of the business and so much more. Our expert speakers will give you many tips and tricks on how to start and expand your mystery shopping business. It’s also a great time to network with the iShopFor Ipsos team and your fellow mystery shoppers!

Are the sessions applicable to mystery shoppers outside of the US?

Not all sessions are relevant to every country, but we will have global content this year. For more information about country-specific sessions or to see if it’s a good fit for you, send us an email.

Will I be able to ask questions during the sessions?

Yes! Virtual and in-person attendees will be able to text in questions throughout the event.

Is there a cost to attend?

Yes, there is a cost to attend. In-person passes are $150, and virtual passes are $10. Click here to register.
